Bachelor in Paradise 4: Courting of Raven Gates already underway
Specifically, we’re talking here about James Taylor, a relatively recent Bachelorette contestant who’s yet to appear on the spin-off franchise. We don’t know for sure that he’ll even get a Bachelor in Paradise 4 invitation, but that’s not stopping him from throwing his hat into the ring. He’s got a shot mostly just because he’s relatively recent, and he may be memorable to some semi-casual fans of the franchise.
For the time being Raven and Chad Johnson are the two reasonably-confirmed contestants for this summer, though that could change over the coming months. We obviously think that Corinne Olympios will be invited, and if she ever wants a spin-off series, the only way that she’s probably going to get it is through being a part of this show for at least a season. Elsewhere, we feel pretty confident that Kristina from Nick Viall’s season will also be asked, and Robby from JoJo’s season does so much press that we tend to think he’d be interested. Otherwise, there’ll probably be a handful of guys from Rachel Lindsay’s season.
We anticipate that this season could be the biggest sea-change season for Bachelor in Paradise in terms of people wanting to be a part of the show. Before Nick, doing the show was perceived as a death sentence when it came to your odds of someday being declared the lead of your own season. It’s nice to see that this is not the case anymore, and the show probably will be able to attract a little bit more attention from people as a result of that.
New episodes of Bachelor in Paradise are going to start airing on ABC come late July or early August most likely; meanwhile, Rachel’s season of The Bachelorette begins airing new episodes starting in May. That was confirmed by ABC during the After the Final Rose airing recently.
