Is Lethal Weapon new tonight? First finale details!

Is Lethal Weapon new tonight -

Is fair for you to ask “is Lethal Weapon new tonight?” — we just wish that we had better information to hand down as an answer.

Alas, there is no new episode of the Fox adaptation coming on the air this week, with us taking a small break before we roll around to the first of two final episodes airing on March 8 and March 15. Specifically, today we’re focusing on the latter — and offering up some of the first details surrounding what’s coming up. The title here is “Commencement,” and there could be a chance in here to learn a thing or two more about Miranda’s death. It makes sense that we would be revisiting this before the season ended, and the consequences of whatever happens could lead to a pretty epic cliffhanger.

Check out the full synopsis courtesy of Fox below:

“Riggs makes a shocking discovery about Miranda’s death that leads him back to the cartel in a frantic search for answers. His wild desperation leaves Murtaugh torn between his commitment to his partner and his commitment to his family.”

The great news for the time being is simply that you know that there is going to be a second season of the show, meaning that this is not one of those terrible cliffhangers that eventually drifts out to space. You will get an answer if there is one when season 2 premieres, most likely in the fall. This is a show with the potential to last on the air for a long time. It’s one of Fox’s highest-rated shows, and in between the action and the comedic tone, there are enough elements here that could make it stay on the air for a pretty long stretch of time moving forward. There certainly is no shortage of interesting stories to tell featuring these characters!

Before you say farewell to this article, we suggest that you head over here to learn more about the March 8 episode of Lethal Weapon.

As always, we welcome all of your thoughts on this story below! Once there is further news to report, you better believe that we’ll have the scoop for you here. (Photo: Fox.)
