The Bachelor spoilers: Infamous Nick Viall – Andi Dorfman After the Final Rose drama reborn

Nick -

Just when you thought that one of the most awkward moments in Bachelor franchise history was dead and buried, it comes rising back like a phoenix on Monday night’s new episode. Specifically, we’re getting all the way back to a certain Nick Viall – Andi Dorfman After the Final Rose situation that happened after her season.

Here’s the lowdown on it if you weren’t watching. Nick was trying to figure out where their relationship went wrong on live TV, and Andi told him that she was aware for a little bit that she was going to pick Josh Murray over him. From there, Nick then posed a question: Why “make love” with him if you were not picking him? He was widely criticized for the question at the time. You can argue that there is a degree of fairness to it, but the twist here is that you can’t ask that and then go and be a hypocrite about it.

Judging from the new ABC News sneak peek for Monday’s episode, Andi — who is back in the picture, albeit briefly — is interested in pressing Nick on this. Unfortunately, he doesn’t seem to bite on her bait of bringing up that infamous conversation. It actually looks as though something may have been edited out from where she brings the conversation up to Nick “changing the subject.” Make of that whatever you want to.

This entire conversation seems to be mostly Nick trolling for the sake of trolling, given that he’s well aware that this is a meaty conversation that will get airtime. He insinuates to her that he could pick no one at the end of the show, but the idea of him pulling a Brad Womack is almost completely unheard of with this franchise at this point. If Nick did that, they would be burning shirtless pictures of him in effigy. He’s going to pick someone at the end of the season, and the larger question there is who. (Photo: ABC.)
