Chicago Daily: Hype for ‘Chicago Justice’; a Lindsay – Halstead ‘Chicago PD’ shot

Welcome to Chicago Daily! Given that there are four different #OneChicago series that are covered with regularity here at CarterMatt, we thought that one of the things that would be rather fun to do at the moment is to do a daily feature where we could talk a little bit about some various news items taking place across the universe. This is to go along with the plethora of other great news that is going on right now when it comes to many other shows on the air.

Let’s start today with “Chicago Justice” and a new video – The clip below was posted by the show’s official Twitter, and if there is one word to describe this, it’s rather simple: HYPE. This is going to get you pumped up, as it features the narration of series star Carl Weathers detailing the philosophy of all of the different characters in the cast.

For the record, we spoke with some of the cast members of “Chicago Justice” back during “One Chicago Day” several months ago — we’ve been sitting on all of this information for a LONG time, and we’re looking forward to sharing some of it over the course of the coming days.

“Chicago PD” fun with Lindsay and Halstead – Just in case you want a quick look at everything that is going on with Sophia Bush and Jesse Lee Soffer film a scene, this little photo here is evidence. Suffice it to say, it has to be VERY different filming things from their perspective than it is for us watching it!

If you haven’t heard, one upcoming story for Lindsay is reportedly going to be about her and Halstead dealing with a part of his past that he hasn’t quite brought to the surface before now. This could put a strain on the couple, though we like to think that at this point, they’ve been through so much that they can withstand almost anything.
