‘The 100’ season 4, episode 4 preview: A different 100
Who lives and who dies? This is a question that we haven’t seen “The 100” shy away from much over the years, and that is a question that we’re going to see continue on as we move into the next new episode of the series airing next year.
After all, this story could really be very much about 100 people once more — though this time, it’s a hundred people who can get on the ship and find safety from the various dangers of the world. This feels almost like Noah’s ark, with one of the big differences here being that not everyone is going to be coming into the structure in twos.
For a little more news now on what’s ahead, our suggestion is pretty clear: Take a look below!
Synopsis – “Continued struggles with leadership and trust in Arkadia and Polis take violent turns while Abby (Paige Turco) leads a team to a distant location hoping to find answers.”
One of the big things that you should expect to see over the course of this episode is precisely what happens when the going gets tough, and Clarke has to handle leadership on a grander scale. If there are more and more bodies that fall, and she considers the brunt of the guilt to be on her, how in the world will she react to that? There’s something so hard and challenging that comes with being a leader, and that’s something that she’s going to be confronted with more and more as the season progresses.
One last thought — the thumbnail for the promo below is pretty fantastic. If there was one image to describe the amalgam of emotions that you’re going to see over the episode, this is probably it. (This may also be the reaction of fans of the show in the event that we don’t end up seeing the show renewed.)
