‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ preview: Is tension forming with Kenya Moore, Cynthia Bailey?
There have have absolutely been a number of ups and downs throughout “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” so far this season, and (of course) this is a traditional that is going to keep on moving as we enter Sunday night’s new episode.
From one side of things, we’re talking about camping and the outdoors! Given that these are “Real Housewives” and are used to a certain amount of lifestyle, we do imagine that there will be some tension that comes as a result of this … but most of it is probably going to be of the humorous variety. We imagine that the majority of the major tension in the episode is going to come from other places, in particular the state of things between Cynthia Bailey and Kenya Moore. You see, Cynthia is going to do her best to get involved in the situation, and could end up causing some more harm than good as a result.
Synopsis – “Despite Porsha’s recent outburst, Phaedra and Kenya want to move forward with their plans for a “glamping” trip, hoping for a weekend of bonding and unity. Meanwhile, Porsha’s feelings about Phaedra’s loyalty are tested. Cynthia meets with Matt to get to the bottom of his anger issues, but things backfire when her friendship with Kenya is put on the line. Kandi throws a surprise engagement party for Shamea, where Shereé spills some tea that puts Porsha in hot water. As the group prepares to head out on their trip, a couple of surprise guests make for a bumpy ride into the woods.”
Sheree spilling some tea to us is certainly a great thing, if for no other reason than that people have been POURING THE TEA EVERYWHERE on her as of late. The one thing that we don’t quite understand at the moment is rather simple: Why in the known world do we care so much about who these people used to date? Does it have any impact on our lives? It just seems like the past few weeks in particular, dating history has become a main subject of conversation … though maybe to some it’s a welcome distraction from the terrible Kenya / Matt storyline.
