‘Bones’ season 12 spoilers: Audio-book antics and more for Brennan
We know that there are going to be some serious times ahead on “Bones,” as there are some challenging cases ahead and some more story rooted back in what we saw during the premiere.
At the same time, there’s also going to be some humor and little character victories that is perfectly in line with what we know about the show already. For more on that, here’s what you have to know about the upcoming January 31 episode entitled “The Tutor in the Tussle”: You’re going to get a good chance to see Brennan take on a new job in narrator!
Basically, she’s got a new audiobook, but the biggest problem that she has with it is that she’s unhappy with the voice that is taking on some of her dialogue. With that in mind, she decides to take some matters into her own hands and proceeds to try and record it herself! That’s an ambitious task, and it could also be a rather-fun one depending on how it all comes out. We would assume that with Brennan’s massive vocabulary, there probably is no one better qualified out there to take it on than she is.
Also in this episode, you’re going to see a surprisingly-complicated murder case surrounding the tutor of many privileged students, and it may turn out that there are a wide array of different people who may have wanted them dead … at the very least more than anyone imagined going into the hour. Our hope is that this is one of those old-fashioned whodunnits that has your typical emotions, but at the same time is plenty of fun as the team works their way through suspects. When you think about the various shows like this one, “Castle,” and “Psych” that are all either over or are coming to a close, it makes us rather sad that there is less and less of this particular type of television on the air. There’s nothing quite like a fun mystery to get our mind off of everything else in the world.
