‘Grimm’ returns soon, ‘New Celebrity Apprentice’ debuts, New Year TV marathons
There are only two days before 2017 and this fine Friday, I’d like to wish you happy National Bacon Day. It’s one of those odd holidays that might have no relevance during this long holiday season, but it makes your mouth water thinking about it. Crispy strips of delicious bacon might not be the best snack when watching TV, but you’ve probably had a BLT while watching TV at some point in your life, which is the perfect reason to celebrate today too.
‘Grimm’ returns January 6th
This week has offered up a slew of reruns, but never fear as new episodes of popular shows are set to hit your TV. “Grimm” offered a pleasant reminder that next Friday (Jan. 6) the show will return on NBC. In fact most shows will be returning to primetime with new episodes to continue the story lines next week. Are you ready?
‘Law and Order: SVU’ marathon
New Year’s Day celebration can be even more interesting hanging out with the cast of “Law and Order: SUV.” On the USA Network, the entire SUV department will be solving crimes with a New Year’s Day marathon called the “Resolve to Watch” marathon. No matter what you call it, criminals will be sought all day on USA! This isn’t the only marathon this weekend (but it’s definitely the one I’ll be watching the most!)
‘New Celebrity Apprentice’ goes back to the boardroom
For all the fans of “Celebrity Apprentice” the updated version “The New Celebrity Apprentice” is going to offer you a chance to get back in the boardroom. The show debuts on Monday, January 3. The promo, a look at all the stars who will be on show, has everyone holding up two fingers. Either that means this will be a peaceful season or the show is only two days away. Take a peek to see who is on the show and see what trouble is promised in the boardroom.
And finally…Happy New Year!
On Saturday night the bells will toll and a New Year will be ushered in. Most people come together to watch the wonderful shows on TV. Others join friends to make the night even more spectacular. Then there are a few folks who just call it a night and let 2017 usher in quietly. However you decide to welcome 2017, may the New Year bring you happiness, good health and continued success.
