Could ‘The X Factor’ UK alum Honey G (eventually) be ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ target?

At the moment, it doesn’t appear as though the talk of Honey G doing “Celebrity Big Brother” is true. She claims that she’s too busy for it at the moment, and that the gossip around her being a part of the show simply isn’t true.

Do we buy that? For the most part the answer there is yes, mostly because she’s got the official show tour coming up, and she just released a single. There will more than likely be a time when she doesn’t have all of these commitments, and could feasibly be recruited to be a part of the show without anywhere near as much effort. Also, aren’t there rumors out there suggesting that this upcoming season is going to be an all-star one faeturing other notable contestants from the franchise over the years?

If Honey G does ever do the show, she will be far from the first to take part given that the show does covet “X Factor” personalities. People like Christopher Maloney and Rylan Clark have already appeared on the show; in the case of the latter, it actually proved to be evidence that doing the show can help you build a successful career if you are really smart about how you choose to use your time.

Ultimately, we’ll just have to wait and see precisely what happens for her moving forward. Meanwhile, the new season of “Celebrity Big Brother” is going to be premiering in the new year, and our early sentiment on it is that we’re going to have something equating to a hot mess. That’s true every time, but we imagine that it will be even more so if you’re getting some of the people that are ruined for it back in the house.
