‘Blindspot’ season 2 spoilers: About a collaboration…
The second season of “Blindspot” will be returning in the new year with all-new episodes, and one of the largest story priorities almost right away is going to be figuring out a way to continue to introduce new threats and new danger. The reality here is that this is not always easy, especially when you are talking about a show that already has so much danger on it the vast majority of the time. How do you impress and/or terrify people who find themselves perpetually with their adrenaline pumping and expecting this sort of craziness? This is something that the show has to figure out.
With this in mind, we now present to you some of the first details from the second episode back in the new year, which carries with it the title of “Droll Autumn, Unmutual Lord” (they really are making it harder and hard to say some of these titles out loud):
“After one of the world’s most-wanted terrorists surfaces in New York for unknown reasons, the team must partner with the CIA to stop a deadly bombing.”
Is this intense enough for your liking? We think that the stakes are certainly high enough for Jane and company to take on! The larger question, at least in our mind at the moment, is if this will be a worthy follow-up to whatever happens to Patterson. If you recall, the end of the midseason finale found her with her life hanging in the balance and struggling to find a way to stay afloat. Hopefully, the show will present us with some interesting answers on this subject, and start to navigate us towards a second season that is fairly epic the rest of the way. However, you never really know until you start to dive into the story and see it for yourself!
All we know for sure is that if you’re getting another organization involved, it’s definitely serious business.

Whether Patterson was the one shot or not, she’ll survive for sure. She’s the mainstay for all the techno-savvy elements that guides the team. My primary concern is for Jane and Kurt’s reconciliation and that their love story (complex as it is…) moves forward smoothly and quickly without the sh*t of Allie/baby and Nas mucking it all up again!!! Also anticipate good stuff (exciting and poignant…) evolving from the Roman story arc.
