‘Once Upon a Time’ season 6: What Emma, Regina, Hook, and more should receive for the holidays
Who doesn’t love receiving a good Christmas gift from Santa? It’s a part of what makes the holidays so special, but the sad truth out there right now is that so many characters on your favorite shows don’t get to really celebrate them. Even if they do enjoy some festivities in the form of a holiday special, we rarely ever get a chance to see precisely what’s under their tree!
Therefore, we’re going to have an ongoing CarterMatt series from now until Christmas Day that specifically highlights what gits many of these characters are going to receive, starting today with the fine folks over at “Once Upon a Time.” What do you give someone on their way to a happily ever after, or someone like Rumple who really just deserves a giant lump of coal? Let’s put on our Santa hat and try to figure this out!
Regina – Seasons 4 and 5 of the show on DVD, that way she can explain to Robin Hood 2.0 the story of their romance. Maybe just skip over a few episodes at the end.
Emma Swan – A portal generator. Specifically, whatever Cisco gave Supergirl during the CW superhero crossover that she can use to pop over from one universe to the other. We’re basically on Earth-2 Enchanted Forest right now and she needs to get home to Hook.
Rumpelstiltskin – A copy of How to Make Friends and Influence People. Maybe someone can teach him how to use his powers for good more so than evil. He may not need as much help on the whole “influencing people” part.
Henry – A $500 gift card to the Storybrooke location of Staples. He’s gotta get some more pages for the book somehow!
Belle – A clone of Emma Swan. She’s probably going to need a Savior given where she and Rumple could be going next.
Snow White – A 5 Hour Energy shot. Just to see if a ridiculous energy supplement is powerful enough to offset the power of a Sleeping Curse.
Prince Charming – A 5 Hour Energy shot, in a different flavor mostly because him having the same one again seems boring.
Hook – Merle’s hand from “The Walking Dead.” For that special time when having a hook for a hand gets boring and you want to mix it up! Ideally, Hook should just have a number of different fake appendages per situation. Wouldn’t Spatula Hook be great in the kitchen?
Zelena – A ten-minute YouTube loop of cute puppy videos. Given how almost nothing good ever seems to happen to her in between being threatened and almost killed, she probably needs a pick-me-up for the next 365 days.
