‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 7 video: The endgame is nigh

The seventh season of “Pretty Little Liars” is going to be returning to TV this April, and judging from the new promo below, it looks as though we’re only going to be seeing things get increasingly crazy as we get closer and closer to the end of the series.

We’re just about at a point now on the series where the story can concentrate a little bit more, and we can see events center almost entirely around one thing more so than anything else: The Search for the true “A,” that way the madness can officially stop. This promo does hint at a potentially big reveal coming up, but also that we could end up seeing at the same time a few other interesting twists along the way — including something that involves Aria and Ezra. By the end of the series finale, our hope here is that you get a reveal that does make a little bit of sense, while at the same time the show also chooses to move things forward without having a problem arise where the build-up doesn’t make sense.

It’s already been said several times over, but it does bear repeating that we have a hard time envisioning any one end of the show that will satisfy everyone, given that this is just not something that is fully within the DNA of any series at this point. The thing to remember is how fun and crazy the journey’s been, especially the episodes that do give you a huge reveal and send question marks / shockwaves down the spines of many longtime fans out there.

Given that you are going to be forced to wait for many more months until the show does return, we do figure that this is only the beginning of some of the previews we’ll end up seeing.
