‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ premiere: Lisa Vanderpump, Lisa Rinna reunite (video)
Come tomorrow night on Bravo, the latest season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is going to be here! Isn’t that a cause of celebration? It’s been a long time since the last season of the show aired, but based on the new sneak peek below, we’re going to be picking up pretty close to where we left off when it comes to some members of the cast.
In particular, it’s clear that there is not a whole lot of love that’s been lost between two cast members in Lisa Rinna and Lisa Vanderpump — the two have clashed repeatedly in the past, and they waste no time doing so again in a not-so-subtle way in the first sneak peek below. Is this going to e a huge blow out at Erika Jayne’s birthday party?
You can also consider the two sneak peeks to be a proper introduction to new housewife Dorit Kemsley, someone you’re potentially going to be seeing quite a bit of over the course of the season. She definitely seems as though she’s going to be a big character (maybe not as big as Erika Jayne, but few people are that charismatic), and perhaps most importantly, she brings some of that opulence to the show that we really hope to see. We want someone who’s going to be a little bit over-the-top on here, given that this does add to the overall feel of “how the other half lives.” For us, it’s the reason we watch the show and love the “Beverly Hills” edition of the show as much as we do: It’s glamour on top of fabulous and we eat it up every week.
Of course, we’re sure that Dorit will be in her fair share of arguments by the end of the first season, largely because that just tends to happen here more often than not. As long as we don’t hear the word Munchhausen this season, we will be happy.
