‘Timeless’ episode 9 spoilers: Abigail Spencer lays out story ahead

Monday night’s new episode of “Timeless” is set to potentially be a big one for a wide array of different reasons, with the biggest one being that we are going to get an opportunity to finally learn a few more things regarding Garcia Flynn. What exactly is his endgame? Well, Monday night’s new episode will offer up a few answers on that, in addition to some news on a wide array of other things. We have already seen hints suggesting that something is coming up between Lucy and Wyatt, which we wonder on some level if it is romanticized somewhat by their surroundings.

Unfortunately, we cannot answer all of your questions right now, but at the very least, we can offer up a couple of fun teases on the final two episodes of the winter season courtesy of what Abigail Spencer had to say to TVLine:

“In the Bonnie and Clyde episode, you’re going to learn a lot more about Wyatt and Lucy, and they’re going to develop a relationship with Bonnie and Clyde, which was great. We also learn more about what Flynn’s after. And then [the Benedict Arnold episode aka] our midseason finale, I can’t wait to see how that one comes together. A lot comes out in that, as well.”

Beyond the midseason finale, one of the only things that we know for certain is that we’re going to have a chance to see an upcoming episode featuring H.H. Holmes and Harry Houdini at the World’s Fair. What makes this show so interesting in particular is that they’re able to make the majority of the series appealing and interesting without having to rely too much on the central narrative to make that happen. As along as we continue to visit interesting and exciting places, we’re going to be satisfied in the end.
