‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 7, episode 10: Another preview featuring Danny, his sister
We begin this “Hawaii Five-0” article once again with yet another sad reminder that there is no new episode airing on CBS Friday night. As for the reasoning behind that, it is harder to define given that there is no major holiday tonight or competition for viewers to watch instead.
There are two more installments to air this season, and on December 9, we will have a chance to finally see the first in “Ka Luhi.” What is exciting about it right away is the appearance of Missy Peregrym (“Rookie Blue”), who is going to be playing on the show the part of Danny’s sister Bridget. She will be in town from the mainland for a corporate retreat, one that leads to Danny in turn questioning whether or not she is getting a little too close to a co-worker. Perhaps it’s a tad too early to know whether or not this is tied to a larger case for the episode, but either way, there’s a case for excitement here courtesy of getting to see Missy in a completely different environment — also, this marks a chance to learn more about Danny! Who wouldn’t want a chance to do that?
As for what else is coming over the course of this episode, a cold case from the past will be reopened when a young boy realizes that he may have witnessed the murder of a teenager from ten years ago when he starts to undergo hypnosis as a form of therapy for his PTSD.
We imagine that this episode will be most of what you want from a “Hawaii Five-0” hour — fun at times, dramatic at others, and with some great character moments here and there along the way.

As to the reason for the hiatus, I think there is some truth to the rumors that this will be the last season of H50, and they are redoing the scripts for the episodes that will air next year; leading up to the Series Finale.

I don’t really know why?, but for some reason, I don’t find any character stories involving Danny, Grover, or Jerry interesting at all. Chin character stories, to a certain extent interests me, although I don’t like Abby, Kono and Adam bit more interesting than any Chin story. I like Max’s character story, especially because I find some humor in it. I really love Steve’s character stories. especially with Catherine, his story with Freddie Hart, and Joe White, I like too. Among the recurring guest characters, I love Kamekona.
