Is ‘NCIS: New Orleans’ season 3, episode 8 new tonight? More scoop on ‘Overdrive’ episode
It certainly would’ve been great to see a new episode of “NCIS: New Orleans” on CBS tonight, especially since we know that there are only a certain number of installments left for the year.
Unfortunately, that’s just not going to happen: There is no new installment coming on the air tonight. So what’s the reason for that? The biggest one may just be the sole fact that there are only so many episodes that air between now and May. We know that CBS likes to schedule new episodes of their shows in the month of January, when many shows are airing repeats on some other networks.
We do want to give you a little bit of something else to look forward to in regards to the show, so we want to go ahead and give you a few more details regarding “Overdrive,” which is the December 13 episode of the show that could be the last one of the year.
Synopsis – “After a Marine corporal who is an amateur race car driver has a fatal crash on the track, the NCIS team investigates when they suspect foul play.”
Sure, we know that this is not the most in-depth synopsis in the world, but we imagine that this is going to be a rather tricky case for them to solve given that they will have to rely on a crime scene that is probably in tatters because of the nature of this said accident. There’s a reason why there are so many people on television shows kill by tampering with forms of transportation.
“NCIS: New Orleans” will return with new episodes in one week on December 6.
