The latest ‘The Flash’ – ‘Supergirl’ – ‘Arrow’ – ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ crossover trailer is here

Yes, The CW is getting set for arguably its most epic event ever starting on Monday, as we’re about to see the Heroes v. Aliens crossover event begin! Sure, we still don’t quite think that title makes a whole lot of sense given that Kara a.k.a. Supergirl is an alien, but let’s just roll with it.

For the most part, the latest trailer for the event largely contains footage that we’ve already seen, but there are a few exceptions to that rule sprinkled here and there in here.

1. Sara versus Deathstroke – We’re not sure who this is possible given that we still don’t even know how this character is appearing — we just hope that it’s in some sort of meaningful way. Also, we hope that if Deathstroke loses, it’s not easy given that the slow neutering of the character is what led Manu Bennett to become displeased with the direction of the role in the first place.

2. Some “Arrow” characters go airborne – Are they aboard a Dominator ship? It certainly looks like that. Our prevailing theory right now is that Oliver starts to see people like Deathstroke or his parents as a part of some sort of dreamworld that happens to him while he is aboard this ship under the influence of these characters.

3. Visual effects – While it may just be a small thing, you watch this trailer and you are almost immediately impressed by how The CW was able to do so much with the aliens and the battle sequences despite a small budget. This doesn’t feel inferior to a feature film in the slightest, and we appreciate that.
