‘Gilmore Girls’ PSA, ‘DWTS Finale’ offers best dancing ever, ‘SNL’ Thanksgiving advice
If you are dreading this fine Monday morning (and the beginning of the work week) let me offer up some fantastic news. It’s a short work week as Thanksgiving is only a few days away. The bad news? The relatives are probably coming to have dinner on Thursday. Not to worry! With so many TV marathons slated over this long weekend, there is a good chance you can find yourself a comfy chair and binge watching a good TV show with the only interaction being during commercial breaks.
‘Gilmore Girls’ public service announcement
The “Gilmore Girls” are returning and the fans couldn’t be more delighted. The Netflix debut on November 25 has people talking. Perhaps that’s why this PSA from the actors is so hilarious. Putting together an announcement, everyone is reminded not to spoil the ending of the season when it debuts later this week. How is this possible? Serious fans will binge watch the entire season. Excitement will bubble over on how the story moves on leaving some fans desperate to share the ending. Of course it’s highly recommended to hold off spilling the details until everyone watches. So postpone Black Friday shopping and make watching the series a priority!
‘Saturday Night Live’ offers Thanksgiving advice
Ever find yourself in a moment of panic before Thanksgiving. The food, the family or maybe the crazy idea of rushing around? On “Saturday Night Live” the cast mocked the premise of getting a little alone time by hiding at Target. Whether sitting in a car at a Target parking lot or watching TV in the electronics department, it was a funny take on how hiding at Target is the best way to get away from the pressures of the holiday. Of course, this definitely isn’t recommended on Black Friday!
‘Dancing With the Stars’ kicks off finale week
There were 13 competitors on “Dancing With the Stars,” but this week only four stars remain. The competition definitely has people wondering who might win In previous seasons it was pretty obvious who the best dancer in the ballroom was. Not this year. With scores of 10 flying off the judge’s table on any given night, the final celebrities all have a shot at being the winner…if their fans vote. Who will win? It’s too close to call. Tune in tonight on ABC to see the first of two parts on the season finale.
AMA fans see new Apple commercial on TV
The American Music Awards offered great musical performances and plenty of fashion discussion. The morning after has some industry professionals surprised because people aren’t talking about the awards online as they are the new Apple TV commercial with Drake singing Taylor Swift’s single “Bad Blood” and getting a bit distracted. The funny spot has many fans getting a good chuckle at Drake’s expense (which was bound to happen).

And Finally….Happy Birthday Goldie Hawn!
Happy birthday Goldie Hawn! It’s hard to believe, but the celebrity who has captured the camera’s attention on TV and film is turning 71 today. The star didn’t wait for her big day to kick off the celebrations as the parties began on Saturday night. What?!? You didn’t get invited to the big party? No worries, my invite got lost in the mail too.
