‘Suits’ season 6, episode 11 return date revealed

In dome ways, you can look back at the summer finale for “Suits” season 6 and make the case that it could serve as a worthy series finale. Look at how many of the stories ended up tying together. Mike Ross was freed from prison, Jessica Pearson left the firm, and even Louis Litt finally managed to be lucky in love. Every character seemed ready for the next phase of their lives.

We’re rather lucky that we will get a chance to see said next phase play out. On Wednesday, January 25, the first of the final six episodes of the season will play out, and seeing what comes next is exciting given that for the first time really to date, we are looking at something akin to a clean slate. The show’s already renewed for a seventh season, and that will be interesting mostly from the vantage point of seeing if there is something within these six episodes that will build towards that.

Now, we don’t want to avoid the elephant in the room, and that is the obvious connection between the show now to the British Monarchy. Meghan Markle a.k.a. Rachel Zane has been connected over the past few weeks to Prince Harry, and on paper of course that doesn’t mean much of anything to the show. Yet, on a meta level we’re curious to see in one way or another if this means that there will be more attention or even higher ratings for the show. It seems unlikely that someone would watch solely because someone in the cast is connected to royalty, but any added publicity for the show, which is one of our favorites, is certainly a good thing. We’re not going to pretend like our quarterback in Madden isn’t named Harvey Specter or anything.
