‘Big Brother OTT’ spoilers: The Veto winner and decisions, decisions
The next two days of “Big Brother OTT” are now all the more interesting.
Today, we had a very spooky Power of Veto Competition that really seemed to play up some of silly gossip that has existed out in the ether for years about the house being “haunted.” It’s probably one of the better uses of a stupid running gag that we’ve seen with the show in a rather-long time.
Anyhow, the winner here is Danielle, which gives her a tremendous amount of power in order to further dictate the events of the remainder of the week. She can now determine if she wants Scott to stay on the block as America’s nominee, or if she wants Shelby or Whitney to be the one who goes home.
Through most of the week, Danielle’s thinking has been to try and eliminate one of the Ballsmashers a.k.a. Plastics, and using the Veto on Scott probably is the best way to do that. This way, you’re in a position where Shelby can’t just eliminate three of the votes and Scott ends up going home thanks to Alex, Morgan, and likely America. Whitney vs. Shelby is an interesting decision in that Whitney’s shown a little more in-game flexibility to work with people beyond just those in her own alliance. However, at the same exact time Whitney also is still eligible for a Care Package. If the idea here is ensuring that your side of the house keeps power longer, eliminating her means that Morgan is the only person within that crew who still can receive one. Given that the Misfits now have the momentum, who knows if that will stop? The fact that they are winning competitions a.k.a. earning their keep in the game is an admirable trait. While the Ballsmashers have certainly been fun, there is a feeling now that they’ve relied a little too much on America the past two weeks.
