‘NCIS: New Orleans’ season 3, episode 6 preview: What’s up next in ‘One Good Man’
The story on “NCIS: New Orleans” this season is one of several different twists and turns, but the one below could be especially personal given that we’ve got a story that puts CCH Pounder’s character of Loretta Wade from and center.
In the sneak peek below, you can see her adopted son Danny make his intentions clear that he no longer plans on attending a traditional university, and wants to enlist in the Navy instead after thinking over his options. From here, it looks like Loretta is going to turn to Pride in order to offer a little bit more in the way of guidance on the subject. These sort of matters are almost always complicated, and we imagine that the same will be said about this one. If anyone can lay out both the positives and negatives of making such a decision, though, it is clearly Scott Bakula’s character.
In addition to this preview, the synopsis below makes it clear that there are going to be some other storylines regarding personal counsel that will rise to the surface during this episode:
“The NCIS team investigates the murder of a sailor during a rowdy motorcycle rally in the city. Also, Lasalle turns to Gregorio for advice on his personal life.”
There’s even going to be a musical presence during this episode, as you should get ready to see the band Blackberry Smoke perform. While we’ve seen these sort of numbers before on a few shows here and there, we do think that performances are still relatively rare for CBS procedurals. Still, it’s a great chance for the band to get some added publicity before one of their biggest crowds to date, even if this is far from your typical live show.
