‘Power’ season 4: The Angela debate (photo)
The fourth season of “Power” is still in the midst of the early part of its hiatus, and we imagine that this reminder is only going to make the wait feel even worse. Why only ten episodes a season? We’d certainly be an advocate for getting thirteen given that many other cable shows do, but we’re not going to demand them to change anything when clearly, there is something that is working very well about the current way in which the series is doing things.
Below, we’ve got another look at what lies ahead via the show’s official Twitter page, and this time around we’re getting to see Lela Loren’s character of Angela Valdes seemingly in some sort of deep thought, trying to contemplate two different (but still related) things.
1. The death of Greg Knox – This was a huge turning point at the end of season 3, and especially significant given that he was a power-player in so many different ways in how he could gather information against people. He was taken down by Mike Sandoval before he got too close, but Angela doesn’t know who the responsible party is.
2. Ghost’s arrest – Maybe this is what she is thinking of more so than anything. Did he really do it? We have to think that this question is rolling around in her head somewhere, given that it does feel like such an unusual move for him to take someone like him out given that he would know Angela would suspect him for it. This is true even more so given what already happened to Lobos on the season.
Unfortunately, you’re going to have to wait until next summer most likely to have answers, but we’ll have a whole lot more to say about Angela in the weeks ahead! Stay tuned.
