Is ‘Girl Meets World’ season 3, episode 16 new tonight? A brief rundown of the future

This feels like a familiar pattern as of late for “Girl Meets World,” and it is probably going to continue to feel that way for the next couple of weeks: No new episodes. The Disney Channel doesn’t have a new story for you tonight, and there is not going to be one airing next week, either.

The next new installment is entitled “Girl Meets Her Monster” (if you haven’t heard already), and it’s going to be airing coming on Friday, November 4. As for what this particular story is going to be about, the promo that we’ve seen suggests that Riley herself could be showcasing some monstrous behavior, the kind that many people have during her teenage years. She’s going to get too obsessed with binge-watching things on her computer, and when Topanga tells her to cool it down, she could say some terrible things to her.

Nobody is perfect, and from that vantage point, it’s easy to feel for Riley and some of what she’s going through here. If nothing else, let’s hope that she learns something from these actions in this episode and shows that she can cool down a little bit quicker.

Following this episode, the next one will air on November 25, and is entitled “Girl Meets Hollyworld.” It’s a little bit odd for the show to be putting an episode on Black Friday, given that there are so many people out there who are probably going to be doing things other than watching TV. (Remember, this is also a travel day.) Yet, this is precisely what is going on, and we’ll just have to remember to tune in and figure out if the story delivers.
