‘Big Brother OTT’ spoilers: Julie Chen reveals final three
While we’ve spoken rather extensively about some of the twists on “Big Brother: Over the Top” this season, the latest one as revealed by host Julie Chen may actually be one of the most significant of all. After all, through her appearance today we’ve learned that there is going to be a final three this season as opposed to a final two.
If we were in the house playing the game right now, we’d classify this news as imperative for a wide array of different reasons. For one, it completely changes the speed in which you target players. Even if you are a member of the Jamboree alliance, you have to acknowledge someone like Jason as an enormous threat to win the game. The longer you keep him in, the more power he will have thanks to America’s support. While he may not be the most popular person in the right now (we think that’d probably be Alex), we have a hard time imagining him not getting a ton of votes at the end, especially when so many alumni would help to campaign for him.
What’s also interesting about this is that “Big Brother: Over the Top” started with just 13 players, while the regular season of the season as of late starts with 16. Basically, this is the show to go on if you want a better chance of winning money! So long as you are popular without being too obviously popular and you can win a competition or two at the right time, you stand a good chance at winning the game.
Now that we’ve said all of this, no ridiculous twist can take away our enjoyment of this experiment, mostly because this is the strongest cast we’ve seen with this show in a rather-long time, and the drama in the house between the two sides is fantastic.
