‘Blindspot’ season 2, episode 6 sneak peek: Weller, Nas team up to find Douglas Winter

With a show like “Blindspot,” there is almost always going to be a tremendous amount of drama, intrigue, and mystery. Moving into Wednesday night’s new episode, rest assured that the vast majority of that is going to come courtesy of Douglas Winter.

First of all, who is this man? He’s a fugitive whistle-blower in Bulgaria, and he’s got some serious ties all the way back to Mayfair. After all, he was behind the blackhole file on her drive, and we know that he is capable of a rather great deal.

In order to find this character, be prepared for some exciting and interesting pairings. Nas (Archie Panjabi) is going to be spending some time with Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) in order to find him, and who knows precisely where their mission to locate him will lead the two of them? Going from point A to point B is often the fun with this series, given its frequent tendency to take you in some exciting / unexpected places.

If you’re looking for something else to be excited about with this episode, just remember that the sense of urgency is going to be equally high with both Reade and Zapata. This is a show with a tremendous number of moving parts, and we certainly think that it could get far more complicated before it even settles down. In what is probably the truest testament of anything that the show is doing this week, remember this: We haven’t even mentioned the name Jane Doe just yet, which is rather impressive given that Jaimie Alexander is technically the show’s star.
