‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 8, episode 4 sneak peeks: Callen’s Iron Man attempt

If there is one thing that the latest set of “NCIS: Los Angeles” sneak peeks teaches us, it is this: There’s going to be some comedy for Sam and Callen on this coming episode, but they’re also going to have to deal with a few challenges here and there, as well.

Let’s start off by looking at the funnier of the two sneak peeks below, given that this one makes it clear that in his mind, Callen still seems to be fashioning himself as some sort of epic triathlete to the extent that he can wake up and take on a grueling Iron Man course. Not so much. He’s basically exhausted himself to the point where he can barely work, which to us is a particularly funny thing to behold (even if he probably doesn’t think so at the time).

Eventually, Sam and Callen are going to find themselves taking on another murder investigation during the episode, which is going to lead in turn to the two of them questioning a realtor regarding what happened at a property. Unfortunately for them, she’s going to be the sort of person more interested in trying to sell than trying to help them, so it’s going to take a little bit of added persuasion in order to properly ensure that they get some of the information they need. Specifically, it may take a reminder or two that this said realtor may be operating a little bit on the outside of what is legally acceptable.

The one other tease that we can add for this episode is to expect to see a little bit more of Nell in the field. Unfortunately, there are no sneak peeks out there for that at present.
