‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 13: Is trouble coming for Owen and Amelia?

On the promo that was released for the next new “Grey’s Anatomy” episode, we saw some potentially-great news handed down for fans of Amelia and Owen: They could be having a child! Given that Caterina Scorsone is pregnant in real life, this story for now appears to be moving in the direction where art will imitate life … potentially. We do still think that it’s happening rather quickly and could all be a misdirect.

What we also know is that by the time we get a few more episodes into this season, we could ultimately see some more problems for the two of them. Per a report from SpoilerTV, the upcoming seventh episode of this season entitled “Why Try to Change Me Now” is going to feature a little bit of conflict from the two of them that crosses over to some of their work at the hospital.

Meanwhile, there are a couple of other teases out there as to what’s coming in this hour:

1. There will be a new consultant at the hospital, and their presence is going to put many of the other doctors in a nervous place. While doctors have a pretty frenetic job, we do think that there is a certain sort of routine that they appreciate.

2. April will find herself moving into some new, previously-unexplored ground. What this means remains to be seen, but she’s been on maternity leave for much of the season — though that has not stopped her from popping in here and there to the hospital. When your life moves at this sort of breakneck speed, we imagine that it may be a rather difficult thing to break away from.
