‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 7, episode 4 preview: Steve McGarrett, Alicia Brown are kidnapped

There’s no reason to dance around it: Steve McGarrett on “Hawaii Five-0” has got some terrible luck. During the season 6 finale, he found himself in need of a liver transplant just so that he could stay alive. Then, he got himself roughed-up on the job because he went back too early. Now, he’s about to get kidnapped. The funny thing here is that we’re not even bringing up the million or so other times that this character has been in danger — sometimes it’s of his own doing, but other times he’s just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

For the sake of this article, though, we’re talking about the kidnapping that will be at the center of next week’s “Hū a’e ke ahi lanakila a Kamaile,” which translates over from Hawaiian to read “The Fire of Kamile Rises in Triumph.” Can Steve rise somewhat from the ashes? Time will tell.

Synopsis – “Five-0 must find McGarrett and Alicia when they are kidnapped by the serial killer they’ve been hunting.”

CBS is not releasing a heck of a lot of information about this episode in advance, but the question we wonder right now is this: Is the chess-piece killer flying too close to the sun? After he kidnaps someone like McGarrett, we do wonder whether or not he is going to be able to continue these efforts.

Unfortunately, there is not an official promo out there for the episode just yet, but based on what we saw, survival is not going to be easy for McGarrett and Alicia as they are going to find their lives in jeopardy both by land and sea.
