‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 8, episode 4 preview: When will the series return to CBS?
Tonight, “NCIS: Los Angeles” is airing a new episode since the two-hour premiere, and it’s a tricky one. After all, you can argue that this team always operates under somewhat-limited resources when you consider the magnitude of some of their threats; so to take even more resources away from them in terms of people only makes matters all the more challenging.
Unfortunately, you’ll now be waiting a little bit longer now to see precisely what is coming up next. There is no new episode of the show airing on CBS next week, with the primary reason for that being another Presidential Debate. The network is airing an extended version of “60 Minutes” instead to led you into that particular event, which makes some sense for them since it helps to offset any potential delays that are caused by NFL football.
The title for this next new episode is “Black Market,” and the synopsis below offers up some other details on what to expect:
“After a Homeland Security agent is poisoned by a notorious Triad assassin, NCIS uncovers a warehouse of counterfeit purses and a money trail to stolen government funds. Also, Nell joins the team in the field.”
To us, the idea of Nell in the field is clearly the most exciting part of the hour. We’ve seen her train and prepare for this; hopefully, she’ll be ready to take it on. We imagine that it’s going to be a challenge; hopefully, it’ll be a fun one.
