‘Once Upon a Time’ season 6 spoilers: Will Hook figure out Emma’s secret?

The sixth season of “Once Upon a Time” is now underway, and during the premiere episode there was certainly one moment that stood out above all others: Emma Swan getting a dark premonition regarding her future, one that could end in her death. While she was told that it cannot be changed, this is a show where the impossible becomes possible! Therefore, we’re going to continue to hold out a little bit of hope.

One other issue that comes with this is that she’s not telling Captain Hook about it — at least for now — and this could prove to be trouble for the two moving forward since she’s acting as though everything is okay. In response to this, Colin O’Donoghue teased the following about what lies ahead to TV Guide:

“[He] doesn’t believe her. He definitely knows that something is not right. We saw in the premiere episode that she’s quite short with him and says to go and she’s never like that with Hook. They’re honest with each other. I think he knows something is up and he’ll try and figure out a way to get that out of her and find out what that is.”

Knowing Hook and how persistent he can be to something if there is something he feels is askew, we imagine that he’ll stay hot on the trail until he figures it out — especially when he realizes that something is majorly wrong. The largest issue here could come out of how Emma handles being called out for keeping this said secret, even if a part of Hook understands it.
