‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 7 spoilers: A body and a bed

Hawaii -Want some “Hawaii Five-0” news? If so, we’re excited to bring you a little bit of scoop on one of the stranger, but more interesting, episodes we’ve got coming up over the coming weeks.

Solving a murder case is always hard, but we have to imagine that it is always a little bit harder when you’ve got a situation as strange as finding a dead body within your bed. This is precisely what is coming on the October 7 installment titled “He Moho Hou” (“New Player”), and the synopsis below gives you a little bit more in the way of further scoop:

“When FBI Profiler Alicia Brown (Claire Forlani) finds a body in her bed, she is forced to join McGarrett in the hunt for the chess-piece killer. Also, Kono reconnects with a former surfing competitor (Kanya Sesser), who is now a disabled and homeless war vet, on HAWAII FIVE-0, Friday, Oct. 7 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Elizabeth Röhm also guest stars as a police psychiatrist, Dr. Madison Gray.”

We suppose that the biggest takeaway here in terms of a long-term story is that chess-piece killer case is still going on at this point. Ultimately, we are fine with that just because this show is better when there is some sort of thread woven through more of the procedural stories.

We’re also glad that we are shining a light here on some of the struggles veterans endure following their time serving overseas. Let’s hope that this is an authentic portrayal that hopefully will have some other there more engaged in causes.
