‘Power’ season 3, episode 10 (finale) video: Ghost on the edge

The season finale of “Power” is coming your way on Sunday night, and based on where we are at present, one thing feels clear: It’s going to be exceptionally hard for Ghost to get out of his current crisis in one piece.

In the promo below, we’ve got a good sense of the stakes. From one vantage point, James St. Patrick is on the verge of seeing Truth become a global brand. His club is successful, and he’s starting to have the life he always wanted. The problem here is that it’s not his entire life. He still has the other side as Ghost, where Milan has manipulated him into doing his bidding to the point where it no longer seems to suit him. That point is now. He wants him gone, and Tommy could be the one to pull the trigger.

While earlier in this season we could never imagine Tommy being willing to go through with this, times have changed, and the same goes for allegiances. Tommy used to feel like Ghost was his ride-or-die, but since that time he’s noticed that he doesn’t have his best interests at heart anymore. There’s going to be chaos that comes through as a result of this heartbreak, and seeing how all of that plays out is going to be a crucial component of everything we’re about to see.

Of course, we imagine that Ghost is going to survive since we can’t imagine the show without him; yet, at the same time you have to remember that there are other fates beyond death, and those could be hovering out there waiting to greet our main character in the closing seconds of this episode.
