‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ preview: Teresa Giudice’s trip turns into chaos

There is a formula for almost every single trip that comes out of the “Real Housewives” franchise, whether it be the “New Jersey” show or otherwise.

1. There is someone who comes up with a great idea to have all of the women on a trip, thinking that it is the right thing to lift everyone’s spirits.

2. Everything then goes to hell in a hand-basket. Fighting ensues, and of course things end up being in a worse place than they started.

“The group is off to a white mountaintop resort in Vermont to give Teresa one last trip before Joe goes to prison and she enters single parenthood. The trip gets off to a rocky start as Jacqueline and Teresa’s friend, Robyn, get into a scuffle in the van on the way there. Melissa sees a new side to Jacqueline, while Dolores and Siggy struggle to keep the peace. Later by the bonfire, Jacqueline and Robyn lose control of their tempers and a simple s’mores moment turns into a fiery argument.”

The preview gives you a further sense of that, especially in the department of “Jacqueline and Robyn are never hanging out together again.” They fight with each other, they trade snide comments, and by the end of the episode, there will be a barrage of predictable swearing like nobody’s business.
