‘Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X’ episode 2 preview: Did someone have a heart attack?
Tonight, the “Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X” premiere had its fair share of everything, from the first-ever medical evacuation to also a ton of paranoia from David, a potentially-doomed cool kids’ alliance on the Millennials tribe, and a vote that led to Rachel going home, one that still doesn’t make a lot of sense when you look at the tally and CeCe suddenly getting a handful of votes shipped in her direction.
As if this season wasn’t dramatic enough already, the preview for the next new episode suggests that a medical emergency could be coming up, potentially on the Gen X tribe. The words “heart attack” are thrown out there by the doctor, and that is certainly not great news. After everything in “Koah Rong,” we were certainly hoping that everyone this time around would be okay. Hopefully, this isn’t as serious as it looks. (We feel for David, since a humorous comment he made is probably going to come across as mean thanks to the edit.)
Also, are we getting into showmance territory over on the Millennial tribe? Well, we don’t think that’s going to work! For one, this cool kids’ group is already in the minority, so this is akin to the Taylor – Figgy – Jay – Michelle contingent having the target on their backs blown up about a thousand times. If the Millennials were smart, they’d do something to separate this contingent before we get to a tribe swap. The longer they last, the more dangerous they become.
In general, it looks like we’re in for an excellent season! The biggest thing we’re happy about with this preview is that it was all about next week, and we’re not getting into super-tease territory. Everything is focused in on the immediate.
