‘Longmire’ season 5: New premiere photos of Katee Sackhoff, Lou Diamond Phillips, Robert Taylor

With the premiere of “Longmire” coming to Netflix on Friday, we’re extremely happy about one thing: Some new photos of the very first episode! We’ve go three of the images in this article, and while none of them are particularly revealing, they do give us the sense that all of your favorite characters are getting a little bit of face-time.

For Walt (Robert Taylor) and Henry (Lou Diamond Phillips), keeping their friendship together could be one of their largest challenges. Just remember for a moment here that most of season 4 consisted of Henry operating outside of the law as Hector, and that meant not always giving a lot of information to Walt about what he was up to. If that deception continues well into season 5, that could create more problems for the two of them.

The Walt tension tour continues with him and his daughter Cady (Cassidy Freeman), given her recent opportunity to represent much of what Jacob Nighthorse is doing with his business. She may view this as a chance to give many on the reservation a voice, but the conflict of course comes here in Jacob’s history with Walt and his late wife. Walt’s the sort of man to be happy for his daughter’s success, but there may still be concerns. Maybe the photo below is the two of them talking things out?

The final photo is simply a great shot of Vic (Katee Sackhoff), and there’s not a whole lot to say about it otherwise. Still, here’s to hoping that she and Walt get to do a lot of exciting stuff together this season!
