‘Power’ season 3, episode 9 video: Angela confronts Jamie over Lobos leak

After one week off of the air, the good news for all fans of “Power” is now relatively simple: The wait is just about over for the next new episode. It will be here on Sunday night, and based on the sneak peek below, there is quite a bit of drama to look forward to from the perspective of Ghost and Angela.

Angela at present has a significant beef with Jamie, and it has to do with the same thing that the past couple of episodes have revolved around: How Lobos went from being behind bars on a John Doe trial to dying. The investigation into what happened is threatening Angela’s future, and she is trying to uncover the true source of the leak.

Based on this conversation, it remains clear that Jamie still is not completely ready to play ball, but perhaps he is at least slightly more candid than he once was. The name Joe Proctor comes up, and while Jamie may think that he has a nice out for himself, Angela quick tells him that is not exactly the case. There are too many links between her and him at this point to seemingly think that they will be blindly ignored.

Sure, there are some criminal threats awaiting the man otherwise known as Ghost in the final episodes of the season; Milan certainly seems to be near the top of that particular list. What this sneak peek reminds us of, however, is that one of the most dangerous threats of all still is a group of people in law enforcement that Jamie is perhaps not taking seriously enough. This philosophy could easy come back to bite him hard.
