‘Once Upon a Time’ season 6 spoilers: Could Sidney be coming back?

Are you ready to get a little bit more magic on “Once Upon a Time” season 6, or at least someone known by many for being the magic mirror? This is something that we could have coming up, at least according to the latest episode title shared by executive producer Adam Horowitz on Twitter.

According to Horowitz, “I’ll Be Your Mirror” is the title for the upcoming eighth episode of season 6, and while that’s no confirmation that Giancarlo Esposito will be returning as the famed character, it’s hard to imagine what it could be a reference to otherwise.

There is a logical reason right now for Sidney Glass to return, given that at one point in his life, he was a genie. Not only that, but he also spent a substantial amount of time in Agrabah. Given that Aladdin, Jafar, and Jasmine are all going to be particularly big components in the story coming up, it makes some sense that he would turn up given that there is some sort of preexisting relationship that is there already. As for what happens beyond this, that remains to be seen. Much of it could actually take place via flashbacks.

Who knows? Given that this is all wild speculation on our part, it is very well possible that none of this ends up being true and we don’t end up seeing a whole lot of Sidney for some time still. We just want to hope that he’s back, given that it is always nice to see familiar faces popping up in Storybrooke here and there.
