‘The Real World Seattle: Bad Blood’ trailer: First look at season 32!
The 32nd season of “The Real World” is going to be coming to MTV on Wednesday, October 12, and based on the preview below, it looks like it is going to be nuts — but did you really expect anything otherwise?
The setting for this season is Seattle, a familiar locale for the show but one we’re still happy to see back in action. After all, for whatever reason it feels like Seattle gets forgotten sometimes in the midst of reality TV locales, even if there was also a season of “Top Chef” there.
As the show goes to the Pacific Northwest, it certainly looks like there will be plenty of drama that goes along with it. The show is bringing in a twist that we’ve certainly seen before in other forms: “Bad Blood.” For every person in the house, there will also be someone who significantly wronged them in some way. With that, they’re going to have to figure this out or make things worse … and who are we kidding? This is the show where things always tend to be worse well before they ever get better. To think anything otherwise would be silly.
While we understand the show is really milking stuff for drama these days and it’s a shell of what it originally was, it does seem somewhat counter-intuitive to bring in people who could get into physical confrontations one season after we had one of the nastiest physical confrontations to date, one that led to two women being sent away early.
In the end, to each his own, we suppose.
