‘Blue Bloods’ season 7 spoilers: Who is getting a new job offer?
Even though there are many police officers out there who work one particular job from leaving the Academy into retirement, more often than not flux is a part of the career. It’s also a part of life, given that there are going to be many different situations you are approached with where you start to wonder if the grass is greener on the other side of the fence. Sometimes, it may be fools’ gold; however, at other times, it is worth considering.
On the upcoming September 30 episode of “Blue Bloods” (the second for season 7), we could see in particular a situation where Jamie Reagan has to at least think about potentially changing a career since it could pay off in big way. Take a look at the synopsis below for some further information on that along with Frank’s latest struggle as Commissioner:
“Danny and Baez are determined to get justice for a traumatized young woman who was held hostage, despite her resistance to press charges. Also, Frank deals with a PR nightmare when a prominent NYPD fundraiser is spotted cutting through Manhattan traffic in a fake police vehicle, and Jamie is offered a job as a technical advisor on a television show after working with the TV and Film unit.”
While we don’t know what the salary for a technical advisor is, or if they can do this job alongside being an officer, these positions are certainly in demand in an industry interested in authenticity. We’re sure that “Blue Bloods” itself spends a great deal of time consulting with real officers to get their stories and understand better what their world is like.

If Jamie was moving over to be a cop for the fbi or the da office I think that would be a good change because in the police force he isn’t progressing but an adviser I don’t think it’s right for him andthe character The story writers have painted so far
