‘Once Upon a Time’ season 6 spoilers: Roommates and more in premiere tease

The season 6 premiere of “Once Upon a Time” is going to be premiering on ABC come Sunday, September 25, and based on some of the just-released details from the first episode entitled “The Savior,” it appears that there are going to be a few different twists and turns thrown into the mix.

Check out the synopsis below:

“As our heroes set out to stop Hyde, Emma develops a mysterious side effect, and Storybrooke becomes a haven for refugees from the Land of Untold Stories. Meanwhile, Regina and Zelena embrace their newfound sisterhood by becoming roommates, while Rumple tries to free Belle from the sleeping Curse with the help of a stranger. In flashback, Jafar confronts an afflicted Aladdin in Agrabah, and a secret about the Savior is revealed.”

For those of you who watch the show for comedy’s sake, seeing Regina and Zelena together should prove to be rather interesting. Granted, Regina is braving than most; if we were in her shoes, and with Zelena’s history, we would have a really hard time trying to allow someone so dangerous into the home on a regular basis.

Then again, when you stop and think about it for a minute Regina was also once that person, and maybe she sees a little bit of herself in what Zelena is going through now trying to make the transition from evil to good.

As for the Aladdin / Jafar storyline, the only thing that we can really say about at present is that it’s about time. After all, this is a storyline we have wanted to see on the show for many years now.
