‘Major Crimes’ season 5, episode 12 preview: Sharon struggles as ‘White Lies’ continues
Tonight, “Major Crimes” wasted almost no time getting incredibly intense and dramatic, as an attack on the courthouse left Dwight Darnell dead and many other people in horrible shape. In addition to all of that, Sharon had to pick up her gun and fire, a move that leaves a far greater psychological scar than crime shows often tell you.
In following along the story of tonight’s episode “White Lies: Part 2” will tell you a thing or two about how Sharon is holding up, while at the same time some further information will be revealed behind what was going on with Dwight before he was killed. Take a look at the attached synopsis below:
“The Major Crimes unit continues to investigate the conspiracy behind Dwight Darnell’s murders and his links to the Zyklon-Brotherhood. Sharon Raydor, disturbed by her own reactions to the case, seeks penance in the Ritual of Confession.”
Suffice it to say, this arc is off to a pretty fantastic arc when it comes to content, intensity, and also giving us a legitimately interesting mystery that is hard to piece together. There are currently a few different suspects that are all out there, and the great thing about where we are right now is that there could still be more. When the producers were writing this arc, they more than likely didn’t know TNT was planning to extend the season. We’re really getting the sense that they put their all into this arc in case it would be the end, and that effort is definitely paying some serious dividends right now.
