‘Big Brother 18’ episode 35 review: The life of Pablo

Paul -Sunday night’s “Big Brother” episode was for the most part a yawner, and to be honest, it’s probably going to be like that the remainder of the season. The biggest issue remaining this season is that three our of the remaining six players (Natalie, James, and Corey) are either more concerned with a showmance, or being liked by most of America, than they are actually playing the game. We do think Nicole is actually playing the game, though she is balancing a showmance at the same time.

The obvious facts of the episode are clear: Victor as Head of Household nominated James and Natalie, and there really wasn’t much that James could do to talk his way out of it since Victor completely decimated his argument: He had an alliance with James and Natalie that they broke in targeting him as soon as it was “convenient” for him to do so.

Really, there are only three parts of tonight’s episode that we extracted some level of significant enjoyment from.

1. The goodbye message to Paul’s inflatable friend Pablo, complete with his photo turning gray. It was cheesy, but the show made the most out of Big Meech’s final move in the game.

2. Getting to see on the show the lengthy series of jokes made at the expense of Nicole’s hometown for having a very small population.

3. Corey talking in his sleep. Any chance that the show takes in order to make fun of Corey is something that we’re probably going to enjoy.

As for the rest of it, we could make an egg joke ourselves and claim it’s not what it was cracked up to be. Grade: C+.
