‘Scream Queens’ season 2 spoilers: Further news on Colton Haynes’ arrival!

While the second season of “Scream Queens” is going to be moving forward to a new hospital setting, that definitely does not mean that we’re laying waste to everything and everyone that was important in the first season. After all, by the second episode of the season we’re going to be seeing the return of Chad (arguably the best person on the first season), while also getting a chance to see more of Denise Hemphill, albeit in a different place in her life.

“A new patient (guest star Colton Haynes) with a hideous ailment visits the hospital in hope of a cure, but finds a love interest instead. Meanwhile, Chad returns to win Chanel back and, in the process, discovers a dark secret of Brock’s. Then, after another run-in with the killer, Munsch enlists the help of new Quantico special agent Denise Hemphill.”

While there are going to be a wide array of things that are different about season 2 in comparison to the first batch of episodes, we do think one thing above all else will feel familiar: The level of danger, and also the mixture of zany comedy and serious drama. These are things that this show has done a rather superb job of putting out there over the years.
