‘Power’ season 3, episode 8 preview: Tasha’s surprise visitor
We’ve got yet another episode of “Power” season 3 coming your way tomorrow night, but if there is one thing we’ve gotta warn you about with it, it is this: It’s going to be the last one for a couple of weeks. The show is taking September 11 off, so that will be your chance to catch up a little bit on some installments if you’re behind.
The sneak peek below gives you a little more of a sense as to what is going to be coming up on Sunday’s installment, though it doesn’t give too much away beyond just Tasha having a little bit of surprising company. Still, we’re rather grateful to have that just because it’s a little bit of interesting insight to have on this character, where she is now, and also where she could be going moving forward this season.
At this point, Tasha’s been burned in some pretty serious ways. She’s been betrayed several times over, with perhaps the biggest sting coming courtesy of Ghost having the papers and not even telling her about them while having her execute a separate plan. Also, think for a minute about what she is going through courtesy of her son Tariq, who is definitely struggling with the adjustment coming from his father leaving home.
We just want to see Tasha have her own story as we push further into this season, and learn even more about who she is independent on Ghost and what she’s capable of. If all of that is achieved, odds are we’ll be pretty much thrilled in the end.
