‘Vice Principals’ spoilers: Details on final episodes of the summer revealed
“Vice Principals” may only have two more episodes to go this summer, but given how funny the show has been as of late, we feel like they’ll be as valuable as full seasons of other shows out there. Also, it could bring us more of the steady character development we’ve seen as of late. On this past episode Neal Gamby got closer to Amanda Snodgrass and also had some validation come his way courtesy of his daughter.
While there may not be a new episode airing on Sunday night due to the Labor Day holiday, we do have a few synopses of the two remaining installments to help tide you over. They may not be extremely informative, but they do make it clear that Neal’s troubles may not exactly be over just yet.
1×08, “Gin” (September 11) – “Gamby (Danny McBride) and Russell (Walton Goggins) look to finish what they started; Gamby confronts Amanda (Georgia King) about her relationship with Hayden (Mike O’Gorman).”
1×09, “End of the Line” (September 18) – “Gamby (Danny McBride) and Russell (Walton Goggins) play their end game with Dr. Brown (Kimberly Hébert Gregory).”
The latter synopsis is to us the most interesting, largely because it suggests that the show could be trying to settle their issues with Dr. Brown before we get around to the second stretch of episodes. We have a hard time thinking that is going to happen, but if it does, we could see a battle for the principal position like nobody’s business.
