‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ preview: Teresa Giudice’s spa trip goes south

Well, Sunday night’s “Real Housewives of New Jersey” could very-easily qualify for a Ron Burgundy – “this escalated quickly” award. After all, at one point in the episode everything’s going to be calm, and not long before that we’re going to see everything explode.

Here’s the basic premise of what is coming up. Teresa Giudice, happy to finally have her ankle bracelet off, is going to be heading off on a spa trip with some of the other women. This just so happens to include Jacqueline Laurita, and there seems on the surface to be an effort to get things back on track. Meanwhile, from Jacqueline’s standpoint she is adopting the philosophy of “if Teresa is nice to me, I’ll be nice to her.”

Well, let’s just say that at one point there will be name-calling / screaming, and at another point Teresa is going to call her husband Joe in hopes of convincing him to come get her. We’re honestly not sure why some of these women even try anymore, other than that producers probably want them around each other for the sake of producing some entertaining drama.

If we were to make a suggestion to some of these women when it comes to future situations like this, it’d be fairly simple: Just stop with some of the trips. They rarely get you anywhere other than to a place where you’re feeling hurt and upset. With that in mind, why not try to go in a different direction and just avoid these situations altogether?
