‘Suits’ season 6, episode 8 preview: Will ‘Borrowed Time’ mark the end of Leonard Bailey?
On Wednesday night’s new episode of “Suits,” we saw the clock continue to tick on Leonard Bailey. We don’t often lead off with this storyline in many of our articles, but we do think it’s worth some recognition since it’s remained so exceptional from start to finish. Not only have Meghan Markle and Gina Torres been fantastic, but it’s been a true test of Rachel’s ability and we’ve appreciated seeing a major storyline for her that is by and large independent of one Mike Ross.
As it turns out, next week’s new episode entitled “Borrowed Time” is going to continue the story of Rachel and Jessica working for Leonard, and they’re going to have to fight harder than ever in order to delay his upcoming execution.
So what else is going to be coming up over the course of the episode? Well, you’re going to see Harvey make a legal counter-attack in terms of a star witness, while at the same time Louis Litt is going to find himself in a new position — one that he may not be that comfortable with.
Ultimately, you better believe that there are probably a number of interesting storylines over the course of this episode that are not altogether apparent in the synopsis itself. This is the point in the series where we’re building towards a huge summer finale, and this in turn does force USA to become a little bit more secretive than they would be otherwise.
