‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ preview: Shannon Beador’s birthday trip

While Bravo may not have released an extreme amount of clips from Monday’s “Real Housewives of Orange County” episode (at least in comparison to some of what they’ve done in the past), we do at least have a new clip for you below that is extremely worthy of checking out. After all, this one sets up what could be one of the focal points of the episode, and a chance for many different cast members to congregate together.

The occasion is rather simple: It’s Shannon Beador’s birthday, and you can see her husband David setting up for her what could be a rather wonderful surprise. We imagine that several of her other cast-mates will be there to help commemorate the occasion — and she has a lot of guesses as to where she is going, ranging from Laguna Beach all the way down to Mexico.

As it turns out, this is not the only birthday that is going to be a subject of conversation during this episode. After all, Shannon brings up that she recently got a call from Vicki Gunvalson inviting her to embark on a separate birthday trip, one where she could join her, Kelly Dodd, and others for a chance to “whoop it up” and relax some of the tensions that have been present. Shannon’s response to that, at least to David, is rather simple: She’s just not that interested in being Vicki’s friend at this point.

Will that change? Well, they is something that we’ll have to figure out over time, but we’re going to have some other news all about it as we get closer to the episode airing.
