‘American Horror Story’ season 6: Latest poster gives you the horns
The new season of “American Horror Story” is not going to begin until September 14, but the publicity barrage is continuing today via FX.
Specifically, what we’ve got for you below via Entertainment Weekly is the newest poster for season 6, which seems to feature some sort of new creature with sprawling / super-creepy horns. It’s another reminder of some of the various things that this world is capable of throwing at you, and also that the show really wants to play up a supernatural creature element in many of their promotional efforts. (Remember here that we’ve also seen a teaser that feels very much like a “Creature from the Black Lagoon.”)
The primary focal point of the poster is the biggest reminder that we are still looking at a season with a mysterious theme: The horn eventually becomes a question mark, the logo that is almost everywhere with the show these days. Is this season secretly making it so that the Riddler is the Big Bad? We’re joking, but there are so many question marks associated with the theme these days that we may as well be serious with it.
We’ve said this before, but we do hope that FX does at least release the cast of main players before the new episodes start to air. You don’t have to give us any information regarding who is going to be a part of the series, but at the same exact time, it would at least be rather nice to know precisely who we can expect to see.
