‘Ink Master’ season 8, episode 3 preview: Does Dave Robinowitz want to be on team Nunez?
We saw our first artist go home tonight on “Ink Master” season 8 (and if you want to know who it is then head on over to the link here since we don’t want to spoil it for people who may still want to watch) and one thing we have to note is that this is going to be a cut throat season. We saw artists from team Peck help (who they perceive to be) weaker artists on team Nunez in hopes to keep them around longer so they will have an easier time taking them out later on. It’s a type of game play that we haven’t seen before and it’s really only working because there is some team play happening this season.
So what’s coming up on the next new episode of “Ink Master”? The preview shows Dave telling team Peck that they are up for elimination this upcoming week and we aren’t sure why they are on the chopping block. Doesn’t winning the competition last week reset the game for this week? We suppose they want it to be fair numbers moving forward, but what’s the purpose of winning each week if the next week it means the opposite team is on the block?
The artists will be designing what looks like sand castles and there will be some artists that will be having difficulty getting the sand to co-operate with their ideas. Specifically, Dave Robinowitz will be throwing his shovel across the room in a rage. Later Dave is going to reveal that he’s against his team and we wonder if he will be forming a secret alliance with team Nunez? If he is then this might be one of the most brilliant strategies we’ve seen in this game to date and he’s really going to be someone to watch out for.
